Lois Gilroy – Construction Coordinator

Lois Gilroy is a Construction Coordinator for Gilroy Northeast located in Tannersville for over 20 years. Her vast knowledge of putting together a team of architects, engineers and dealing with various government agencies provides Gilroy Northeast with the forefront to get complicated site work expedited in a timely manner. Lois is a Board of Director for the Monroe County Historical Association as well as the Pocono Builders Association.

Bill Koehler – Construction Coordinator

Bill Koehler is a Construction Coordinator with Gilroy Northeast providing quality service to all of our clients.

Growing up in the Stroudsburg area allows him the opportunity to really help our clients with their projects. He understands how important it is to get construction done in a timely manner. Bill is very supportive in community service with many years of dedication with local emergency services within the Poconos. His knowledge and expertise in a fast-paced environment helps to bring projects in on-time.
